Commercial Office Refurbishment

We were commissioned by Mitie to oversee the refurbishment of their existing offices in the multi-agency UK Government site at Benton Park View, Newcastle. The complex at Benton Park View is one the largest secure civilian government complexes in Europe and the facilities are managed from Mities on-site centre. Despite being a relatively modern development, the offices were in need of a comprehensive re-design.
We were engaged with the project from early feasibility stages through to final delivery on site and our services included interior design, 3D visuals, furniture specification and on-site project management. Throughout the process we formed a close relationship with the client and they were heavily involved in all aspects of the project.
Contemporary design meets bold branding
We were able to create a concept and layout design which suited the clients need for a modern, unified space designed to foster collaboration among team members and provide a supportive and inclusive work environment. The space was reconfigured to create a contemporary open plan collaborative office studio with a dedicated Reception area, video / media conferencing facilities and a refreshment breakout space.
Mitie’s strong branding and visual identity is present throughout, incorporating it’s signature colours and logo elements throughout the space, this has created a cohesive and recognizable environment that resonates with clients and employees alike. A pallet of high-quality materials, contemporary finishes and a comprehensive furniture and equipment specification was developed in close collaboration with the client
