New head office is taking shape

Work is well underway for the new state-of-the-art head office facility for our client, freight logistics specialist, AV Dawson at its Port of Middlesbrough facility.

Due for completion this year, the 24,000 sq ft office development forms part of a £10 million, 3 year masterplan.

Our design includes a full glass frontage and rooftop terraces with views over the River Tees, whilst the interiors will feature a high-tech conferencing facility, open plan office spaces with colleague break out areas, a gym, private meeting spaces, co-working areas, and training rooms.
