Appointment strengthens our Practice

We’re delighted to have bolstered our professional expertise with the appointment of a new team member. Neil Keenan, 39, from Normanby, has joined C. A. Ross Design as an architectural technician.

With almost 20 years’ professional experience under his belt and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Architecture & Design with the University of Teesside, Neil’s priorities are to support the success of some of our commercial, retail and residential projects.

As well as preparing and presenting accurate technical proposals, 3-D visuals, graphics and contributing to the detailed design process, Neil’s role involves carrying out site visits and preparing drawings, plans and documents for statutory approval, including planning and building control applications.

Talking of our practice’s latest projects and Neil’s appointment, Carl Ross, director, C.A. Ross Architects said: “Neil has hit the ground running and is already proving to be a very valuable member of our team.  As well as providing support for our current and forthcoming projects, Neil is happy to make suggestions and take the leg work out of the technical design process.

“Our aim is to fully immerse Neil in all aspects of our business, so that he can grow with our company and assist myself and the rest if the technical team whether dealing with commercial, retail-related or residential projects.”
