Neil Keenan

Architectural Technician

With almost 20 years’ professional experience under his belt and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Architecture & Design with the University of Teesside, Neil’s priorities are to support the success of commercial, retail and residential projects.

As well as preparing and presenting accurate technical proposals, 3-D visuals, graphics and contributing to the detailed design process, Neil’s role involves carrying out site visits and preparing drawings, plans and documents for statutory approval, including planning and building control applications.

As our latest recruit, Neil has hit the ground running and is already proving to be a very valuable member of our team.  As well as providing support for our current and forthcoming projects, Neil is happy to make suggestions and take the leg work out of the technical design process.

Our aim is to fully immerse Neil in all aspects of our business, so that he can grow with our company and provide valuable assistance whether dealing with commercial, retail-related or residential projects..
